Sarah Jungkunz is a graduate engineer in the area of technology and biotechnology. Her sphere of interest during her studies were the fields of nutritional physiology, microbiology and quality assurance. Early on, she took the opportunity to deal intensively with the topic of “hemp as a food”. She acquired valuable experience through intensive cooperation in quality assurance at one of the largest hemp food manufacturers in North America.
Since 2014, Sarah Jungkunz has been a quality manager at the renowned hemp producer Hempro Int. GmbH & Co. KG. As an external expert for all projects related to food production, THC guidelines and quality assurance as well as a consultant on food issues, she is available to the HempConsult team.
